Mark Simmonds MP for Boston & Skegness having rushed 'back to his home in Lincolnshire'(where?) according to his interview on BBC Radio Lincolnshire, on Thursday night made all the right soundbites for the camera.
Remember this one Mark?
"There is a necessity for economic migrants in Lincolnshire.
They are thrifty and hard working people"
Spoken in Skegness on 28th April 2005
But I guess there are not that many migrant workers living in the wealthy parts of Wandsworth.
I agree wholeheartedly with your comments. Let's look at a few inconvient facts for the coalition government that Simmonds is part of:-
ReplyDelete1. Over 80% of new job vacancies are being filled by non - UK people in the UK;
2. Immigration is running at record levels and the EU is telling us to take even more;
3. The government's spending priorites are: the EU budget (8 billion pounds per year net contribution and rising); Bailing out bankrupt EU countries (12 billion pounds so far); Giving money to 3rd world dictatorships (increased to over 5 billion pounds a year but Bono approves).
4. The government's ideas to promote growth include: Awarding train contracts to German companies (5 in a row to date, including Thameslink); Buying useless windmills from Denmark; Buying BMW 5 series for the motorway cops to swan around in.
5. And finally, the government has decided that to try to balance the books the only budget worth cutting is defense, whilst simultaneously starting another war!
Looks like more reasons to VOTE UKIP!!!
